The Olde Point Property Owners Association is pleased to welcome you to our website.

Olde Point is a wonderfully diverse community that is one of the best kept secrets in coastal North Carolina. Many Olde Point homes are located along the Intracoastal Waterway and Tidal Marshes with deep water access. Olde Point is also a neighborhood of woodlands with hundreds of beautiful hardwood trees, many more than 100 years old. Olde Point also has homes situated around a mature and challenging semi-private golf course that features fresh water ponds and large natural areas. A Yacht Club with boat ramp access to the water is available to residents for a modest yearly fee.

The people who have chosen to live at Olde Point are as diverse as their surroundings. They are from all walks of life. The area has many amenities along with award winning schools which are rated among the best in the state. Professionals living here have discovered that Wilmington is an easy commute. People who have retired from full-time jobs also live here.

Next General Membership Meeting will be on Thursday, July 25 at 7:00 pm.  The location of the meeting will be announced soon.

OPPOA will host a community picnic on Sunday, June 23, 2013 from 1 -3 pm on the empty lot at the corner of Olde Point Rd. and Olde Point Loop Road.  Everyone is invited to attend.  Hotdogs, chips and drinks will be served as well as cotton candy.  A clown will be on hand for the kids! Come out and spend some time with your neighbors.
