WATER ACCESS
Boating is a large part of living in coastal North Carolina and Olde Point offers its residents direct and deeded access to the Intracoastal Waterway via a boat ramp located at the Harbor Village Yacht Club on Lot 1. This lot is near the intersection of Kings Landing Road and Olde Point Loop Road. The ramp is also close to a marked channel leading to the Atlantic Ocean.
Olde Point developers provided Olde Point lot owners with a perpetual easement to use the lot as a boat ramp, recreation area, and boat trailer parking lot when they sold the property to the Harbor Village Yacht Club in 1999. A copy of that deed with the perpetual easement highlighted can be viewed HERE.

OLDE POINT COUNTRY CLUB
The Olde Point Golf Course was built in 1974 and opened to the public in 1975. Jerry Turner, the course designer, made use of the rolling terrain, wooded areas, lakes and streams to build a scenic and challenging course. Although Olde Point is a semi-private course, members enjoy guaranteed tee times. The course is also open to the public for various tournaments as well as daily play. Olde Point has matured into a beautiful 18-hole course.
Practice facilities include a driving range, a large putting green, and a chipping area. Lessons are available from the club professional.
Only golfing is permitted at Olde Point Country Club. The course is private property and, for safety reasons, the course is closed to walking, jogging, biking, fishing, etc. at all times. Please be respectful and aware.

COUNTRY CLUB POOL MEMBERSHIP
Includes use of the swimming pool only, which is open Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. There are no other benefits associated with this membership category. A family membership includes only those individuals who legally reside at your address, and is limited to 5 individuals, regardless of their ages.
